4shared Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules for Malaysian Players

1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases have the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who registers an account or uses the 4shared services.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the services of 4shared, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• You are registering solely on your own behalf and not as a representative, agent, or on behalf of any third party.

4shared reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend an account while verification is in progress. If a Player is found to be ineligible, the account will be closed and any remaining funds may be returned following a thorough investigation.

3 Account Registration

To register an account at 4shared, Players are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including their full name, active mobile number, and a valid email address. Players are responsible for keeping this information current should any changes occur.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at 4shared. Should 4shared determine that any Player holds more than one account — whether under the same or different names, the same IP address, the same device information, or the same payment method — all associated accounts may be suspended immediately and all related bonuses will be voided.

Players are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential. 4shared will not be held liable for any losses arising from a password that has been disclosed or shared with a third party. 4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits into the account 4shared must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Our platform supports the following payment methods popular among Malaysian users:

The minimum deposit per transaction is RM10. There is no general daily maximum deposit limit, though specific limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method or account verification level.

4shared does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges — this is beyond 4shared's control, and you should check directly with your respective provider.

Funds deposited into your 4shared account are considered available for wagering as soon as they appear in your account balance. If a deposit is not received within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of transaction for prompt assistance.

5 Withdrawal of Winnings

Players may request a withdrawal of winnings at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The account has completed the required identity verification (KYC) process.
• All bonus wagering requirements tied to the account balance have been fully met.
• The applicant is the rightful owner of the payment method used for the original deposit.
• There are no active investigations related to fraud or account misuse.

The minimum withdrawal limit per request is RM20. 4shared processes withdrawal requests within an average of 15 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the method selected and the time the request is submitted.

The first withdrawal from a new account may require additional verification, including submission of identity documents. This is a standard security procedure to protect all players from unauthorised activity.

4shared reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals in certain cases, such as a first withdrawal, withdrawals exceeding a specified amount, or when unusual account activity is detected. This process is typically completed within 24 business hours.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by 4shared — including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and other special promotions — are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• The specific wagering requirements for each bonus are clearly stated on the relevant promotions page. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these terms before claiming any bonus.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games and categories specified in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering activity outside the permitted categories will not count toward meeting the wagering requirements.

7 Sports Betting Rules

4shared provides a sports betting platform covering football (EPL, Malaysia Super League, La Liga, Bundesliga, and other leagues), cricket (IPL, T20 World Cup, Test Match, Asia Cup), Virtual Sports, badminton, basketball, and a wide range of other sports. The following general rules apply to all types of sports betting:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended, except under special circumstances such as event cancellation.
• In the event a sporting event is postponed, delayed, or cancelled before the minimum required time has been played, all related bets will be voided and the funds returned to the Player's account.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that will be used to calculate winnings — any change in odds after confirmation does not affect existing bets.
• For In-Play betting (during a live match), 4shared reserves the right to temporarily suspend markets to ensure odds accuracy. Bets confirmed prior to the suspension remain valid.

8 Casino Game Rules

Casino games at 4shared — including slots, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, virtual sports, and live dealer games — are subject to the following rules:

• All casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by internationally accredited independent auditing bodies, ensuring every outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.
• The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game is stated in the relevant game information. RTP values represent a long-term average and do not guarantee returns in any individual session.
• In the event of a technical disruption or disconnection during gameplay, the system will attempt to restore your game state once the connection is re-established. If restoration is not possible, any affected bets will be settled based on the outcome generated prior to the disruption.

• Money laundering — using the platform to conceal or disguise the origin of illegally obtained funds.
• Bonus abuse — registering multiple accounts, using another person's identity, or colluding with other players to exploit promotions and bonuses.
• Market manipulation — simultaneously placing opposing bets across two or more accounts to guarantee a win without any real risk.
• Use of unauthorised software — using bots, automated scripts, or software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploitation of technical errors — knowingly exploiting bugs, odds errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an advantage.
• Selling or transferring accounts — selling, buying, or transferring a 4shared account to another individual is strictly prohibited.

Any breach of the above prohibitions will result in immediate action, including temporary account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings, and in serious cases, legal action.

10 Account Closure

Players may close their account 4shared at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid account balance (after deducting any bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirements) will be returned via the original payment method within 3 business days.

4shared also reserves the right to close or suspend a Player's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms & Conditions.
• Failed identity verification or false registration information.
• Activity indicating potential fraud, money laundering, or platform abuse.
• Voluntary self-exclusion request for responsible gambling reasons.
• Instructions from relevant authorities pursuant to law or a court order.

11 Limitation of Liability

4shared's maximum liability to any Player under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Players agree that any individual legal action against 4shared must be initiated within one (1) year of the date of the incident giving rise to the claim, failing which the claim will be permanently barred.
